【Ingredients】 This product is the main component of ceftazidime hydrochloride.

Indications

This product is suitable for the following infections caused by sensitive bacteria.

1. Ear, nose and throat infections, such as otitis media, sinusitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis and so on.

2. Lower respiratory tract infections, such as acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, acute tracheitis, acute bronchitis and the like.

3. Urinary tract infections, such as non-complex urinary tract infections, complicated urinary tract infections (including pyelonephritis), male acute gonococcal urethritis and the like.

【Dosage】

Commonly used: 1 hour before meals or after meals orally, adults and children over the age of 12, each 362.6mg (4), 2 times a day; children under 12 years of age, each weighing 7.252mg per kg body weight, 2 times a day. Complex urinary tract infections in adults, the daily total dose of 1 hour before and after dinner once taking; male gonococcal urethritis and female patients with non-complex cystitis, taking within 1 hour before and after meals, a single dose of 1087.8 ~ 1450.4mg (12 ~ 16) (cystitis patients in the evening) can be fully eradicated pathogens.

Dose adjustment:

Elderly people: according to the recommended amount of adults, no adjustment for the elderly.

Children under the age of 12: 7.252mg per kilogram of body weight per day, 2 times a day as the standard dose adjustments are as follows:

【Adverse reactions】

1. Digestive system: common diarrhea, nausea, vomiting. Occasionally pseudomembranous enteritis, abdominal distension, heartburn, abdominal discomfort, elevated serum bilirubin, transiently elevated aminotransferases.

2. Skin reaction: occasionally itching, local edema, purpura, rash and so on.

3. Central nervous system reaction: occasional headache, dizziness, weakness, fatigue and so on.

4. Hematological reaction: occasional leukopenia, eosinophilia, thrombocytosis, etc., are transient reactions.

5. Other rare reactions: gingivitis, proctitis, conjunctivitis, fever and so on.
